We have a new office!  Our "move in" date was January 18, 2012:  We have built a new clinic so that we can improve our ability to serve our patients. Insignia and the Damon System:You may think that orthodontic treatment will always takea couple of years. Actually, with the Damon System braces, our treatment times have dropped significantly - as much as 6 to 12 months less than with traditional braces in our office while maintaining or exceeding previous standards of quality. Insignia is a fully interactive software and custom appliance system designed to give every patient a truly customized smile. It's a precise, start-to-finish process delivering increased clinical efficiency. With Insignia, we still use the Damon System braces, but each brace is custom made, then custom placed for you, and the wires are custom made to fit you. The Insignia system provides custom made braces - something that NO other system of braces can achieve. This level of customization is possible because Insignia is a part of the same company that makes the Damon System braces. In other words, it will be like going to the shoe store for custom made shoes instead of having to pick from the available sizes. This is an exciting time to have orthodontics! Smile for a Lifetime Foundation:
A chapter of "Smile for a Lifetime" Foundation has been established here in southwest Michigan as of February 2011. This chapter serves the Greater Battle Creek/Marshall community. The doctors at Bandeen Orthodontics are the orthodontic providers for this new local chapter of Smile for a Lifetime, and we consider it to be an amazing honor to be involved with such a wonderful foundation. We are looking forward to partnering with a strong national foundation to give back on a local level. The Board for our local chapter of Smile for a Lifetime selects from qualified applicants and grants need based "orthodontic scholarships" to patients who will then receive orthodontic care for FREE at Bandeen Orthodontics! The Damon System:
  The braces that we use are known as Damon™ orthodontic braces.
